Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unsubscribe or cancel:

There are costs associated with canceling the training.

If you cancel within 14 days, the amount will be refunded to you, excluding €7.50 service costs.

If you cancel 14 days before the start, the amount will be refunded to you, excluding €50 service costs.

If you cancel from 7 days before the start, the entire registration amount is due, unless your place can be taken by someone else.

The above arrangement can be adjusted in the event of force majeure (this must be discussed by telephone).

All cancellations must be arranged by telephone!

Of course, there is always a cooling-off period of 14 days from registration during which you can cancel free of charge and without giving a reason. Afterwards the above applies.

When is a training or workshop canceled?

If it turns out that there are insufficient participants, a training cannot take place.   You will be informed of this in a timely manner and the registration fee will be refunded to you.

If I (Marieke Delannnoy) am ill, training cannot take place either. You will of course be informed of this as soon as possible and the registration fee will be refunded to you.
